Kameron Marlowe headlines Military Appreciation Concert at Firestone Country Club on Friday, July 12

AKRON, Ohio – Country music powerhouse Kameron Marlowe will headline the Military Appreciation Concert at the Kaulig Companies Championship as part of Folds of Honor Friday on July 12 at Firestone Country Club, the tournament announced on Tuesday.

Marlowe gained popularity by appearing on Season 15 of NBC’s “The Voice” in 2018 before releasing his debut single “Giving You Up” in 2019, which achieved platinum status. His other hits include “Girl on Fire,” “Tennessee Don’t Mind” and many more, which have amassed him nearly 1 billion streams. Marlowe is currently touring across the U.S. and Canada before sold-out crowds and his sophomore album Keepin’ the Lights On will be available on May 31.

The concert will take place in the expanded Kaulig Infinity Zone, located next to the water tower at Firestone Country Club. The show will start at approximately 5 p.m. (after golf has concluded for the day) with opening acts Tim Dugger and Jocko Deal.

Admission to the concert is included with a Friday tournament ticket. Active U.S. military and veterans and first responders, as well as one guest, can attend the Kaulig Companies Championship for free after registering online at kauligchampionship.com. In addition, ages 18 and under receive complimentary admission.

The concert is part of Folds of Honor Friday.
